Pathway to Purpose
From Hardship to Meaningful Work

Unemployment sits at the root of poverty. Without a pathway to stable, meaningful work, people remain trapped in cycles of hardship. Pathways to Purpose closes the gap between aspiration and opportunity through structured skills development, one-to-one mentoring, employer partnerships, and active job-readiness support — delivered over an eight-week cohort.

This is not about getting you any job. It is about building the confidence, skills, and connections that lead to a career and a life of purpose.

  • Adults facing long-term unemployment
  • Young people aged 18 to 30 not in education or work
  • People with barriers: disability, care responsibilities, justice backgrounds
  • Migrants and refugees building a new life
