Path To Purpose

Programme 1 — Employment & Skills (Pathways to Purpose). Two cohorts of 25 participants per year. Activities run from needs assessment through vocational training, 1-to-1 mentoring, employer partnerships, and post-placement tracking. Target: 40% employed within six months; 75% retained at three months.
